Well, it's official now, the CCAA made it through April 11, 2006. It was a 6-day referral month. Yippee! Only 94 more referral dates to go until our daughter comes home!Here's the official notice:

The CCAA has finished the placement of children for the family whose adoption application documents were registered with our office before April 11, 2006.
